The oyster Trail
This tour will include stops to the groundbreaking Acadian Hatchery, The Irving Eco Center, the Bouctouche Dunes and conclude at the Bouctouche Farmers Market. Shucking & preparation demonstrations as well as gastronomic experiences will also be included.
The Beer Trail
Stopping at multiple local breweries, this experience will include brewery tours as well as a mini “beer fest” in the heart of downtown Moncton. Get ready to sample some local beers!
The Wine Trail
This Food Tourism experience will include 3 winery stops, wine tastings, gourmet cheese pairings and some expert knowledge and tips & tricks on market readiness!

Bites presented by chef alex haun, drinks, and networking will be on the menu to set the mood for this incredible event!
