- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp melted butter with garlic (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, and salt until smooth.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into a large triangle (tree shape).
- Spread spinach dip mixture over the triangle evenly.
- Place second triangle on top, matching shape.
- Cut horizontal lines to create branches, leaving center intact.
- Twist each branch gently, 1–2 times.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with garlic butter after baking. Serve warm.
